Bunker Survey
For over 25 years TAVETTING has been offering Bunker Surveying Services to Charterers and Ship Operators. The Service includes quantity checks and ‘on the spot’ quality checks prior to bunkering. Thus ensuring that off spec bunkers do not enter the ship’s tanks. This in return prevent long-term machinery damage and off hire costs.
Dry Bulk Vetting
TAvetting carries out inspections of dry bulk vessels, mostly Capesize, Panamax and Handysize vessels, on behalf of the specialist ship vetting company RightShip. RightShip, owned by BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto Shipping and Cargill Ocean Transport manages risk for clients engaged in marine shipping. Working closely with RightShip on a world wide basis.
